i am a big potter nut i have every movie ,book, pic, calendar, etc. i already have a resevation for potter7 book and movie 5 when they come out. my fav people in the story is dumbldore, meneva, lupin, serious,hagrid, and snapey-poo. don't get me wrong i love all the people in the book too! so how did everybody feel about dumbldore getting killed in book 6, i personally don't think hes dead, specially with the way the book kept talking about coming back if you put a piece of yourself in an item. so who do you thinks gonna get killed in 7, i have found out that a main caractor will be snuffed, i sure hope it he who must not be named! teehee bye for now hope to hear from everybody soon, blessed be

My favorite ppl are basically all the goodies!!! I was in shock that DD was dead (which he's not). But I think DD did it as part of a bigger plan and that he asked Snape to do it. I don't think he's a bad guy. I love Snape because he's such a twisted character. Personally I think Hagrid and Voldermort will die in book 7. what do you think the title of book 7 entails?

Love Harry Potter! I have read all the books over and over. I like the movies but the books are so much better but isn't that normally the case. I hope that DD isn't dead. I really feel like it was just an extra twist to the story. But it was still sad, as well as when Sirious Black died. That was definitly very sudden and very much a shocker. Owell maybe he will come back so harry can have a family of his own, that is after he kills He who must not be named once and for all.

nah but she said for certain that Sirius is not coming back. but then again I think she said that for Dumbledore as well.

Ya sirius isn't coming back, wellwho knows for sure the place he fell into they haven't really explained it, other that to stay away from it.
But as for Snape, hes my most fav, hes soooo nasty, he'd be a challenge to tame in real life, teehee.
But as for book 7, i think your gonna find that neval is gonna be a big part cause remember, it was between harry or neval that the prophacy was a toss up between fighting vald., don't forget that a prophacy was broken about neval that was not heard, i think it may play a part in the final book, maybe it won't be harry that will kill you know who in the end?!
And the plot thickens!

i think she said Neville plays a really important part but it is Harry in the final battle. but he will help in a very huge way I think.

hey all just my two cents but i think that dd is dead i hope hes not but i do think he is and i think he had to die because he would have blocked harrys path as he said he got to close. and i think that harry and vold. will kill each other. i know is has been said that harry wont be killed but it has also been said that this is the LAST book and what better way to do it there for she cant be conviced to do a follow up or anything crazy like that. again just my two cents. ;-)

she would not be doing a follow up whether Harry lives or not. She's said she's written the last chapter and will write no more on the series and that's that. And she's always stuck true to her word in some form or another so I highly highly doubt that Harry will die. I would not be surprised if Voldemort was redeemed. In fact that is what I think the final book is all about, redemption (whether or not Voldemort is redeemed remains to be seen).

no no voldemort won't change, that would give an excuse for her to continue on the series at a later date. he'll die, but as to the fate of harry who knows. i heard that snape may give up his life for harry, in order for harry to defeet vol., or that he helps harry to give the final death blow.i don't think snape will die, i think snape will be back at hogwarts in the end and menerva will be headmaster and harry teaching dark arts and lupin and tonks will get married like harmione and ron will. As for luna and nevil, i can see those two together in the end. but i guess the hard part of all this is waiting to see how she ends it. As for dd i think the way they dealt with his burial was kinda unique, i think that hes going to return by means of that? Apperently from what jk was saying that serious is playing a part in the final book, but shes not saying as to if he comes back for real, or in a vision sorta thing.
i love this group its cool to talk to other potter fans!

Voldemort is unredeemable in my opinion. I cried for days after reading HBP. The fact that AD died was detrimental to me. I am so looking forward to the new book I am impatientally counting down the days. I want to know more about Neville. Everyone hates Draco but I do think that he is redeemable it just takes forgiveness. I do not think Snape has turned like everyone thinks. I love Snape it all had to be a part of a bigger plan. I personally am rooting for that last theory. Snape and AB had a plan to finally destroy the Dark Lord and this was their contribution to this.

I read on JK Rowling's website that we will learn more of Albus's past as well as some things about Aberforth. The most logical thing would be Regulus since we read about the locket that was found in No 9 Grimmauld Place. I wonder though because sometimes the most logical answer is not the correct one. I just want the book to come out badly.

I think that Harry will live and become an Auror but then go on to teach DADA (defense against the dark arts) and that Ron will become an Auror and that Hermione will become minister of magic or maybe Headmistress. any thoughts?

harrys grades screwed him of being an auror, he will go back as DADA, i can see ron being an auror, and harmione too, she doesn't have the nerves to be a headmistress. Draco will be redeemed somehow, cause he has a good heart, he couldn't kill dumbldore! Snape, well i love him! he and dumbledore sceemed a plan which i feel will play at the end to help harry kill vol.. Because vol. will get cocky now THINKING dumbldore is dead and , thats whats gonna screw him in the end.

she definitely has the nerves, we've seen that before. and Harry is in all the right classes for being an Auror so he's not screwed over there. Voldemort will get cocky.... I wonder what the horcruxes are? lets see there's the locket, hufflepuff's cup, the ring......

harry has all the courses but he failed one remember, and that was said right in the book that it finished him being an auror, but anything can change, maybe him being a hero they will allow him,who knows? But harmione will be an auror, or in the ministry of magic, i can see her ending up there.

*waves* Just wanted to say Hi... I love the Potter-verse. My favorite character is Severus Snape and when I saw Alan Rickman play him in the first movie I was so happy. My favorite actor playing my favorite snarky professor.

That would be Gary Oldman who plays Sirius Black. and Hellena Bonna (sp?) Carter is playing Bellatrix, I believe?
